Shipping policy

Orders placed on Sunday – Friday are dispatched within 24 hours. Orders placed on Saturday's & public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. In case the day after the order is placed is a public holiday and the order will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email update after you complete the purchase process. Orders are delivered within 4-7 working days depending on the location of the delivery address. We try to deliver the orders at the earliest but in the case due to any unforeseen circumstances, the order gets delayed please contact us in our help section.

 We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery agencies and/or due to time required for statutory clearances during the delivery process but we will do our best to deliver the order at the earliest.

In the event we are unable to deliver the confirmed order as mentioned hereinabove then payment for said order will be refunded back to the same source within the next 5-7 working days.

 In the event, an order is attempted to be delivered twice but couldn’t be delivered due to the non-availability of the customer and the same is returned back to us then the customer will have to pay the additional shipping charges if the order is to be reshipped.

 Each order placed can be shipped to a single shipping address. Shipping charges remain the same irrespective of the size of the order /no. of products.

 For all the order(s) of Rs. 1000 or more, No shipping fees will be charged. On Order below Rs.1000 ,shipping fee of Rs. 50 (within Rajasthan) & Rs. 75 (Rest of India) will be charged.

Once the order is shipped you will be provided with a tracking ID via text message and email.
